Weight Training Exercises for Arms


Most people think of the biceps in regard to arms but actually the triceps are a larger muscle group if developed.  Most pressing movements for chest will also work the triceps but some weight training movements such as pushdowns isolate the triceps more directly.  Weight training routines for arms include barbell and dumbbell curls as well as pressing movements for the triceps.
